Shipping and policies

Each piece is hand picked by myself, soaked and treated then mended (if needed) by me or a local seamstress. Steaming, measuring, photographing and editing then takes place before showing off our beautiful pieces for you to add to your own collection.

Please bare in mind that these items are preloved vintage. They will not be in brand new condition and may have some small flaws or signs of wear. I inspect each piece and will make note of any flaws in each listing.

All parcels are packed by me and will be shipped within one week of purchasing.
Collection is every Saturday, but may be sooner if I can manage it (I'm a one woman team!)

We are not responsible for packages once they've been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges as items are sold as is. We can not cancel an order once it's been placed.
